Bio
Ennis High School offensive line coach Stan Anderson is a longtime North Texas educator and football coach with deep ties to the Forney area. A 1993 graduate of Forney High School, Anderson went on to attend Tarleton State University, where he played football.
Anderson spent several years at North Forney High School, where he served in multiple coaching roles. His responsibilities included varsity football assistant, JV football head coach, and baseball pitching coach, while also teaching Advanced Biology.
He later joined the Ennis High School football staff 2024, where he currently serves as the offensive line. Throughout his coaching career, Anderson has developed a reputation for emphasizing fundamentals, discipline, toughness, accountability, and attention to detail. His approach to coaching extends beyond the football field, with an emphasis on helping student-athletes grow as students, teammates, and young men. He believes that developing successful players requires developing the person as a whole—both in the classroom and on the field.
